Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Dentistry & Implants handles information when you use our website. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What this policy covers
It covers this website, including the contact form, the chat assistant and the accessibility toolbar. It does not cover text messaging terms, or what happens at our offices or on a phone call.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or the chat assistant, we receive what you type, such as your name, phone number, email address and your message. We use it to reply to you, schedule a visit and answer your questions. If you call or visit an office, the office handles your information as part of your care.
Patient health information
Our website is not meant for collecting health information. Please do not send medical details, symptoms, diagnoses, insurance member numbers or other private health information through the contact form or the chat assistant. If you need to discuss your health, call the office closest to you or visit in person.
Cookies and local storage
Our website may use cookies and similar technology to work properly and to understand how people use the site. The accessibility toolbar saves your choices, such as larger text, high contrast and underlined links, in your browser’s local storage on your own device. That setting stays in your browser, and you can clear it any time in your browser settings. You can also block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may then work differently.
Analytics
We may use general analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site is performing, so we can improve it. This information is used in summary form.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated tool that answers general questions about our practice and helps you reach an office. It cannot give medical advice. Messages you send in chat are processed to produce a reply, so do not include private health details.
Links to other websites
Our site links to outside services, such as online booking and payment financing. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the website, respond to you, or meet a legal requirement.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent through the website by contacting us. You can also decline to use the form or chat and call an office instead.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
